How it happens

The warehouse supervisor doesn't get a login, so she messages stock counts to someone in the office who types them in. The site engineer doesn't get a login, so he photographs the delivery note and sends it to accounts. Two people, one job, and a delay in between.

Nobody decided this. It's just what happens when adding a user has a monthly price and the budget was set last year.

Where the cost actually appears

Not as a licence line. It appears as data entered twice, entered late, or entered by someone who wasn't there when it happened — which is the same as saying your system is describing a version of the business that already ended.

Why we don't charge per user

Every paid plan of SF Thai Accounting Cloud includes unlimited users (see pricing). Not as a discount play — because an ERP only tells you the truth if the people who see the truth can put it in. If your ops team is relaying information to whoever holds a licence, you're already paying for those seats. Just not on the invoice.
